 nMichigan automatically expunges several types of convictions\, but it is 
 possible to clear more kinds of convictions through a court petition proce
 ss. We work with partner organizations across the state to help people acc
 ess free or low-cost help for a court petition expungement. Please fill ou

  June 28th\, 2024\n 10 AM-2 PM\nPreregister here\n\n\n\n\nPlease note that
  individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible for exp
 ungement through the petition process\, unless they fall within the “One
  Bad Night” exception under the law. Additionally\, the following offens
 es cannot be expunged:\n\n\n-2nd or 3rd drunk driving offenses. If the ind
 ividual has over 2 drunk driving cases\, expungement can’t stop a licens
 e from being revoked by the State.\n-Felony Domestic Violence if the indiv
 idual has a prior misdemeanor domestic violence conviction\n-Any offense p
 unishable by a life sentence\, like armed robbery.\n-Any Traffic Offenses 
 committed while operating a commercial vehicle\n-Criminal Sexual Conduct (
 CSC) 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd Degree\n-CSC 4th Degree if committed on or after 
 January 12\, 2015\n-Any Traffic Offenses causing injury or death\n-Out-of-
