 lift 313\, Michigan State Police\, Attorney General’s Office\, Safe &amp
 \; Just Michigan\n\nMichigan automatically expunges several types of convi
 ctions\, but it is possible to clear more kinds of convictions through a c
 ourt petition process. We work with partner organizations across the state
  to help people access free or low-cost help for a court petition expungem

 \n\n\n\nPlease note that individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will
  not be eligible for expungement through the petition process\, unless the
 y fall within the “One Bad Night” exception under the law. Additionall
 y\, the following offenses cannot be expunged:\n\n\n-2nd or 3rd drunk driv
 ing offenses. If the individual has over 2 drunk driving cases\, expungeme
 nt can’t stop a license from being revoked by the State.\n-Felony Domest
 ic Violence if the individual has a prior misdemeanor domestic violence co
 nviction\n-Any offense punishable by a life sentence\, like armed robbery.
 \n-Any Traffic Offenses committed while operating a commercial vehicle\n-C
 riminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd Degree\n-CSC 4th Degree i
 f committed on or after January 12\, 2015\n-Any Traffic Offenses causing i
