 tions\, including the Michigan Collaborative to End Mass Incarceration (MI
 -CEMI)\, Black Voters Matter (BVM)\, When You Vote\, I Win (WYVIW)\, Votin
 g Access for All Coalition (VAAC)\, and numerous impassioned advocates. We
  aim to address Michigan's legislature and advocate for the passage of piv
 otal criminal legal reform legislation.\n\n\n\nCoalition’s Approach:\n\n
 \n\nPolicy Reform and Bill Championing\n\n\n\nIdentifying and supporting l
 egislation for sentencing reforms\, diversion programs\, and rehabilitatio
 n-focused measures.\n\n\n\nData-Driven Advocacy\n\n\n\nAnalyzing existing 
 policies to identify areas for improvement and presenting evidence-based p
 roposals to legislators.\n\n\n\nCollaborative Efforts\n\n\n\nBuilding coal
 itions with advocacy groups\, stakeholders\, and affected communities to a
 mplify advocacy efforts and create a unified front for change.\n\n\n\nEduc
 ation and Awareness\n\n\n\nEngaging in public advocacy campaigns to raise
